Malaysia Film Festival 31

Ejen Ali The Movie makes animation history with ten nominations and two wins at the 31st Malaysia Film Festival. The recognition from the jury panel was achieved after a blockbusting theatrical release in late 2019

Directed by Usamah Zaid Yasin, the feature film collected over RM30 million at the box office during its initial release, making it the highest-grossing Malaysian feature film of 2019 and securing the Box-Office Film Award (“Anugerah Filem Box-Office”) at FFM31.

The feature film also picked up the award for Best Sound Design (“Penataan Bunyi Terbaik”) for Fadhli Abu Shafian, Hakim Kamal and Shafiq Isa

Nominated in eight other categories, including
